Job Description
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email or chat
Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, guiding them through the resolution of their problems
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on open issues
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or management, as needed
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
Skill Requirement
Minimum 2 years of customer support or call centre experience, preferably in the IT or technology industry
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a positive and empathetic customer experience
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal. In addition, being proficient in Mandarin will be an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
