Provide first-level application support to customer support teams and system implementers at both technical and database levels.
Troubleshoot and analyze system issues, review settings, and identify root causes.
Design and develop reports in various formats to meet customer requirements.
Work closely with customer support, system implementers, and, when necessary, directly with clients to resolve issues.
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve system issues, including performing necessary data patching.
Assist with data patching, data migration, data correction, and other data transformation activities as required.
Communicate effectively with peers and project stakeholders.
Work independently or with minimal supervision.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Information Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support, application support, or related fields will be preferred.
Experience in software development or report development will be an added advantage.
Able to speak in English and Mandarin
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL, including experience with database programming (Stored Procedures, Views, etc.).
Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or similar. Ability to design and generate reports based on customer requirements.
Experience or basic understanding of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, or equivalent.
Experience or foundational knowledge of Microsoft .NET Standard, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, VB, C#, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
