 Job Description
  • Provide first-level application support to customer support teams and system implementers at both technical and database levels.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze system issues, review settings, and identify root causes.
  • Design and develop reports in various formats to meet customer requirements.
  • Work closely with customer support, system implementers, and, when necessary, directly with clients to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve system issues, including performing necessary data patching.
  • Assist with data patching, data migration, data correction, and other data transformation activities as required.
  • Communicate effectively with peers and project stakeholders.
  • Work independently or with minimal supervision.
 Skill Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Information Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in technical support, application support, or related fields will be preferred.
  • Experience in software development or report development will be an added advantage.
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including experience with database programming (Stored Procedures, Views, etc.).
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or similar. Ability to design and generate reports based on customer requirements.
  • Experience or basic understanding of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, or equivalent.
  • Experience or foundational knowledge of Microsoft .NET Standard, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, VB, C#, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
