We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Executive
Interior Design Project to join our team. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys meeting clients, developing new business opportunities, and working in a fast-paced renovation and interior design environment.

The position is primarily field-based, with approximately 80% of the role involving travelling to meet clients, conduct site visits, and develop business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the renovation and interior design market.
Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their renovation and design requirements.
Conduct site visits, measurements, and client consultations.
Present suitable renovation, interior design, and related solutions to clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Maintain good relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with the interior design, project, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate sales records.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Travel to various client locations and project sites as required.

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience in renovation, interior design, property, construction, furniture, or related sales is preferred.

Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in meeting and communicating with clients.

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Willing to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
